As a result of the winter storm, I am experiencing financial hardship and would like to skip my loan payment for the account(s) referenced below for one month. I understand that there is NO FEE to request or participate in this program. I agree and understand that:

• This payment deferral will extend the term of my loan(s);
• Interest will continue to accrue on the principal balance at the interest rate provided in the loan agreement;
• Deferring payment will result in additional interest than if the payment was processed as originally scheduled;
• If I carry LZECU’s GAP product, the skip payment(s) may not be covered, as outlined in my GAP contract. (GAP only covers up to 5 skip payments during the life of the loan.)

I understand that my next full payment(s) will be due in the month following the requested skip payment.

*To qualify, your loan(s) with LZECU must be current and have a minimum of 6 months of payments made. MasterCard, Home Improvement, Unimproved Property and Home Equity Loans are not eligible. Collateral Loans will be case by case dependent upon sufficient equity.
