 CEO/President - Rose Flores

Rose has been serving LZECU members since 1996 as a member service rep, a loan officer, an assistant manager and now the CEO. She is responsible for implementing policies and decisions of the Board of Directors and oversee operations for products and programs, recommend policies to the board, manage human resources and implement the strategic plans of the board.

Payment Systems Processor - Susie Morley

Susie has been serving LZECU members since 1994 as a teller and shortly after, became our Payment Services Specialist. She specializes in handling automatic debits from your account, check clearing, wire transfers, VISA disputes for fraudulent transactions, payroll deduction changes, and remote deposit capture  to name a few.

Project Manager - Agatha Anariba

Agatha has been serving LZECU members since 2010 as a Member Service Rep, payment systems processor and now as the marketing coordinator and project manager. She specializes in researching and implementing new products and services as well as creating promotional material. 

Accounting Manager - Julia Tibbals

Julia has been serving LZECU members since 2023 as the Accounting Manager. She is responsible for all checks and balances in the credit union, including financial statements and reports, accounts receivable and payable, taxes, insurance, levies and regulatory requirements. Julia serves on our Asset Liability Management Committee and is also a Notary Public. 

Loan Manager - Emma Anderson

Emma has been serving LZECU members since 1995 as a member service rep and now Loan Manager, Collections Officer, Notary and Credit Committee Member. She is an expert with all loan needs and can help you with credit review, car buying guidance and a lot more.

 Loan Officer - Jackie Pavone

Jackie has been serving LZECU member since 2025 as a Loan Officer. She enjoys helping members find lending solutions that fit their needs and making the loan process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Jackie is passionate about providing friendly, personalized service and building strong relationships with our members.

Member Service Supervisor - Hedda Dangleben

Hedda has been serving LZECU members since 2002 as a Member Service Supervisor and Vault Manager. She can help you with many services like opening new accounts, home banking and account transactions just to name a few.

Member Service Representative - Charlie Riggs

Charlie has been serving LZECU members since 2012 as a Member Service Representative and IRA Specialist. She’s here to serve you and help get your account open, answer any questions regarding IRAs you may have and conduct account transactions.
