 E-documents - View all documents, like teller receipts, statements, signed loan documents and more, from the Statements + Documents option.
 Remote Control Cards - Freeze or Block your card in an instant by clicking Remote Control Cards from the Main Menu. Then, change the status of the card you need to block by choosing "Disabled" for a temporary freeze or "Lost or Stolen" to permanently block your card.
 Pending Transactions - View exact details of what's pending on your account, from debit card transactions to direct deposits almost ready to post. Click on Holds, Pledges, Pending ACH from the Main Menu.
Customize Account Names - Change the name of your accounts by clicking the three dots in the account box and choosing "Edit". This new name will carry over to our system at the credit union for better service. Edit account names
Joint Accounts - View and Make transactions on any account tied to your Social Security Number, including joint accounts. Just click your name on the top right corner in Home Banking to view a drop-down menu of other member accounts you're authorized on.

Bill Pay is conveniently accessed through your online banking. Simply login into online banking from the account access login box, click the menu symbol (3 lines next to Accounts tab) and then click Bill Pay under Services!

Estatements

Want to get your statement quicker every month? Sign up for E-Statements, and you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your statement is available online, days before you would receive it in the mail. Plus, you have access to electronic archives of your past statements available to view or print whenever you need them.

Audio Response Teller (ART)

You don't have to wait for “normal business hours” to make transfers or get account information. ART is open for business 24-hours a day, seven days a week and there is absolutely no charge for this service. You can access ART from any touch tone phone.

You can use ART to:

  • Balance your checkbook
  • Transfer funds to accounts
  • Make loan payments by transferring funds from checking or savings
  • Verify electronic deposits and payroll deposit amounts and dates
